Richard Fouquet, a native of New Orleans, earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly the University of Southwestern Louisiana) in 1996. He launched his career by practicing both residential and commercial design in New Orleans and on the US Virgin Island of Saint John. Since late 1999, Richard and his family have made their home near Seaside in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, where he specializes in crafting exquisite residential homes.
Over the past 25 years, Richard has brought his design expertise to a wide array of projects throughout the 30A area. His work has graced some of the most prestigious communities along 30A, including Draper Lake, Watersound, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Seagrove Beach, and beyond. With each endeavor, Richard has played a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape of these esteemed locales, consistently delivering designs that resonate with the distinctive character and charm of their respective neighborhoods.
